Welcome

Renew Wellbeing is a national mental health and wellbeing initiative that provides open and safe spaces of welcome and inclusion, where it's OK not to be OK. Working in partnership with mental health professionals, medical teams, services, and the local council, Renew Wellbeing aims to improve mental and emotional wellbeing in our community here in Harborough.

We are using our cafe space here at the church for Renew Wellbeing, where on Tuesdays 9am-12noon, and Thursdays 1-4pm, we will provide hobbies and activities that are shared or co-produced based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, where there are warm drinks and biscuits to share, where we can chat and connect with each other or be quiet, and where there is an optional quiet, reflective prayer space for our inner habits of spiritual wellbeing.

We all have mental and emotional health just as we all have physical health, and sometimes we need to be in a safe and welcoming place and to connect with others to help improve our health and wellbeing, and this is what Renew Wellbeing is all about. To find out more, visit the Renew Wellbeing website: www.renewwellbeing.org.uk, or contact us. For more Mental Health Resources scroll down below.
